- You can store your luggage in our luggage depot and enjoy another day of skiing.
- Our cancellation policy:
Cancellations entail no costs for both parties if made up to 3 months before arrival date.
Cancellations made up to one month before the arrival data entail a charge of 40 % of the total agreed price.
Cancellations made up to 1 week before arrival entail a charge of 70 % of the total agreed price.
In the event of cancellations in the last week before the date of arrival and in the event of premature departure, 90 % of the total agreed price is charged.
Services not availed of cannot be compensated for in cash. - If another “lockdown” would happen or if you will be not able to arrive for the following reasons, we will grant you a free cancellation at any time:
- Closing the borders by the authorities
- Closing of the hotel by the authorities
- Due to Covid-19, skiing is not possible in the entire Lech & Zürs Ski area
Your travel insurance
At this particularly difficult time we highly recommend all of our guests to conclude a travel cancellation insurance. Especially an insurance that includes Covid-19, which is offered for example by “Europäische Reiseversicherung”. You can find further information here.
Additionally, the Vorarlberg State Government offers free cancellation insurance. If any guests or a family member from the same household tests positive for Covid-19, the insurance covers the cancellation costs of overnight stays and the meals in the tourist accommodation. The same applies if quarantine is officially ordered by the authorities.
